Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Apart Studio's website or booking any of our services. These terms govern your use of our services and constitute a legally binding agreement.
By accessing or using Apart Studio's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Apart Studio provides photography sessions, brand identity design, and studio rental services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a confirmed invoice. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required to secure your booking. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
All photographs, designs, and creative works produced by Apart Studio remain the intellectual property of Apart Studio until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered work for the agreed purpose. Apart Studio retains the right to use work samples for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a specific non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all sessions and projects comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright, model releases, and property permissions. Clients must treat our studio space, equipment, and team with respect. Any damage caused by the client or their guests will be charged accordingly.
Apart Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
